Spain


I write about Spain because I'm researching for a project on this Tuesday. This project is a tasting of six different countries, but the important thing here is Spain.

Cataluña is a top tourist destination because has:
-> The Monastery of Santa Maria de Poblet: It was founded by Cistercian monks from France. The main architect was Arnau Bargués. is the royal pantheon of the kings of the Crown of Aragon since James I of Aragon.
-> Palace of Catalan Music: Is a concert hall designed in the Catalan modernista style.
->The Palau Güell: Is a town mansion and is part of the UNESCO.

Spanish cuisine consists of a great variety of dishes which stem from differences in geography, culture and climate. Is influenced by seafood.
The variety of Spanish climate means you can take a wide range of different vegetables, cereals, vegetables and fruits. This variety can be seen in Spanish cuisine. The paella is a dish originated in the Land of Valencia, is famous as The Churros, is a desserts, usually eaten with hot chocolate.

In Spain there many excellents chefs, as Ferrán Adrià, known for his famous restaurant "El Bulli" and his molecular cuisine; Juan María Arzak, is common in all types of national and international contests cuisine, as Madrid Fusion; Karlos Arguiñano, popular for his television cooking shows, other chefs known are José Andrés, Martín Berasategui, Carme Ruscalleda, Joan Roca, Sergi Arola, Paco Roncero and Santi Santamaria.
